Just put a mark on her and hit her with all attacks, which gets buffed by marked. I had high dodge and death resist instead of high damage, which I would have prefered, but there was no problem with it. Actually I would probably had replaced Bounty Hunter with Highwayman, but I got this mission by accident when I was supposed to go against Swine God. Remember to have Iron Swan attack on Hellion, so you can hit her when she is at back. Stress damage doesn't have time to build up and her helpers are kind of useless compared to many other bosses in this game.

She doesn't deal much damage and your own characters are not that tough, when you have no mark on.
